Recruiting

Radius Anesthesia of Michigan PLLC recruits qualified, experienced, board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs. We work with over two hundred anesthesia professionals throughout Michigan. They all have extensive experience with providing outpatient anesthesia services.

Compliance

Radius Anesthesia of Michigan ensures compliance with ASC and office-based surgery guidelines published by the state as well as all recognized accrediting organizations such as AAAASF, AAAHC and the Joint Commission for ambulatory surgical environments.

Supply Management

We manage equipment, medications and supplies for anesthesia utilizing electronic inventory management platforms. Our certified anesthesia technologists will ensure functioning equipment, as well as current and adequate supplies. They are experienced and responsible. They make sure procedures take place on time, every time.

Staffing

We strive to provide continuity of care and consistent coverage. Our clients become comfortable with the same anesthesia provider(s) for their cases.

Billing

About Us

Radius Anesthesia of Michigan was founded by a board-certified anesthesiologist to provide exceptional anesthesia care and perioperative services to the patients of Michigan.

Our first client was in suburban Detroit six years ago. Since then, Radius Anesthesia of Michigan has offered services to outpatient surgical practices throughout the state. Our goal has been and will always be to provide excellent perioperative care to patients. We believe that patients should have the best care before, during, and after surgery. That is why we schedule the same anesthesia provider whenever possible to ensure continuity of care.

We can provide any type of anesthesia required. Our providers are experienced and proficient. Our equipment is biomed inspected at regular intervals. We also have certified anesthesia technologists that will make sure your facility is stocked with the appropriate levels of anesthesia supplies.

Radius Anesthesia of Michigan also has an experienced billing team. We bill for our services in a compliant and patient-friendly manner. We work with client facilities to reduce the burden on their staff to provide us with the necessary information to bill for our services. We can either obtain access to necessary data from the client EMR as a HIPAA-compliant business associate or receive information in paper format in a HIPAA compliant manner.

Our CRNAs and anesthesiologists are experienced with the outpatient setting and are comfortable and confident with providing anesthesia care to patients independently in the office-based setting and ASCs. We work with hundreds of CRNAs and anesthesiologists throughout Michigan. We take great pride in the quality of our anesthesia providers and are privileged to work with such an exemplary group of healthcare professionals. Our services are comprehensive and include scheduling the same anesthesia professional whenever possible to ensure continuity of care. We will make sure your office or surgery center has all the requisite and current credentials on file for all the anesthesia providers that give care to your patients. We provide and manage all anesthesia medications, equipment, and supplies needed for anesthesia in the office-based setting. Our certified anesthesia technologists track inventory meticulously. We have backup equipment readily available if needed. Our billing department is available during normal business hours to answer any questions patients may have regarding anesthesia billing either before their procedure or afterward.
We have extensive experience with state practice guidelines for outpatient surgery and anesthesia as well as the accreditation requirements of the Joint Commission, AAAHC, and AAAASF. We have taken part in numerous surveys and have made sure that all the anesthesia-related requirements for ASC and office-based surgery are satisfied. Haroon Chaudhry MD

President and Chief Executive Officer

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, earning his MD from Temple University and completing his residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Chaudhry worked as a clinical anesthesiologist for a decade. After becoming interested in the administrative side of medicine, Dr. Chaudhry started Radius Anesthesia of Michigan to provide efficient, cost-effective anesthesia and perioperative care to patients throughout Michigan. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with family, read and exercise.

Alexander Lembersky

Billing

Alexander brings the background and skills needed to effectively lead the revenue cycle department at Radius Anesthesia of Michigan. He has almost two decades of experience in billing, coding and collections. A 1998 graduate of The American Academy of Procedural Coders, he is a certified procedural coder (CPC). He has also been certified by the National Health Career Association as a Coding and Billing Specialist.

Andy Castillo

Clinical Operations

As a Registered Medical Technologist, Andy applies his healthcare background to his role in clinical operations at Radius Anesthesia of Michigan. He received his BS in Medical Technology from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. He graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines with a Doctor of Medicine degree, followed by a three-year fellowship training in anesthesia. Andy has previously worked as a Medical Specialist II in the Department of Anesthesiology at Provincial Hospital. He is an International Affiliate member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling and going on cruises, reading, and exploring new restaurants.

Jonathan Lary

Clinical Operations

As an anesthesia technician, Jon brings his 12 years of experience in all aspects of anesthesiology to his role in clinical operations. Jon is dedicated to bringing safe, efficient, and individualized care to all his client sites. He received his BS in Health Science from Mercy College. Jon was previously the Assistant Manager of Anesthesia Technical Services at NYU Langone Medical Center as well as having had experience as a GI technician and medical assistant. In his free time, Jon enjoys cooking, working around his home, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
